Christmas Eve

It is our Christmas tradition to let the girls open one gift on Christmas Eve. They don't get to pick it (they don't love that part). They are always in these same boxes and are usually pajamas and a book, movie, or slippers.  This year I did something different and didn't tell them. Adidas had a 50% off sale so I surprised them both with a sweatshirt and sweatpants.  They LOVED them!!

Friend Christmas Party

Caitlin begged and pleaded to have friends over for a Christmas Party this year. For a while I said no since we had Alaina's birthday, Christmas, baptism, family visiting, etc all still to get ready for. Then I decided, "Hey, I'm not completely insane yet. Let's do it!" So we did and they had a blast!

I made a bunch of pizzas and had plenty of drinks and junk food.

And then they played dirty Santa.

Then they were typical teenagers and just hung out in Caitlin's room, singing and laughing.

Birthday Fun

Alaina loves going shopping and lunch with Aunt Kara for her birthday!

This year she got a special necklace from Nana for her baptism!

Christmas Program

Skate Party

Alaina LOVES to skate so of course she wanted her party at the skate center! She had such a great time with all her friends. She had friends from church, school and gymnastics all come.
