Birthday

Alaina could NOT wait to open her present from us on her birthday.  She just had to know what was in that big box.

 

She's been wanting the Snackin Sara Baby Alive doll and was so excited!

What's even funnier is Caitlin's face in the background.  All of Alaina's baby dolls creep her out and she looks disgusted.  Ha!

When I was tucking Alaina in, she told me that I had done good with the present and that it was perfect!

 

Alaina got to pick where we went to dinner and of course picked Dairy Queen!

Bridge Kickover

Finally, she was able to do the Bridge Kickover from flat on the floor.  I had been videoing her the whole night and of course missed when she actually did it.  :(

And she completely refused to smile normally for me, so I hope she likes this picture in her scrapbook years from now!

 

Birthday Party

Alaina wanted her birthday party at a trampoline place.  I found a Groupon for AboveAll in Brentwood and decided to try it out.  IT WAS SO MUCH FUN - even for the adults!

 

They had a Ninja Warrior section, slack line, a ton of trampolines, trampoline dodge ball, trampoline basketball, aerial silks, trapeze swing, etc.  It was awesome!!

 

You may now be able to see it, but that is Alaina hanging on the rope climb by her foot.  I thought she was being funny and took a picture, only later to hear her screaming.  She had made it to the top and lost her grip, falling, and catching her foot in the rope.  Oops!

 

Alaina had to time her trampoline jump perfectly to get this photo bomb!
