First Teeth Pulled

Caitlin had her first teeth pulled last week.

She was a little nervous about it but did great!

Did you know they send the teeth home with you?  Gross!

Now, hopefully her teeth will have more room and won't crowd as much.  Either way, braces are in the near future!

First Fall Softball Game - Caitlin

Caitlin has moved up to 10U division and is on a new team - Vanderbilt Commodores.  I really like her coaches and the girls on the team.  So far, it has been a good fit.

Of course, hers and Alaina's games were at the same time last night, so I was running in between them to try and not miss anything.

She struck out her first at-bat.  On her second, she got a single to first base where she was tagged out but she hit in a run.  They ended up winning 10-2.

First Fall Softball Game - Alaina

Alaina was excited about her first game.  She's done well at practices and hasn't needed me right by her side.  She was doing good warming up . . . until she swung the bat so far around, she hit herself in the head.  Then she didn't want to do anything and had a full out melt down.

So her first at-bat, she was crying the whole time! 

Her second at-bat was a little better. 

She didn't really want to field the ball. 

She did eventually calm down and fielded a ball and threw it to first.

New jammies

On Monday, the girls got some new jammies at Target.  They LOVE them!  And I love cuddling even more with them now because they are so soft.

Even better, was Caitlin teaching Alaina how to put away the silverware.  Alaina actually did a great job and enjoyed helping us clean the kitchen!
